All prices include VAT. Fees are confirmed in writing after a short scoping call, so the number you are quoted is the number you pay.
What is included

What is not included
- Court fees and any expert or valuation fees, which are paid directly by you
- Representation as your advocate at a hearing
- Work outside the agreed scope, which is always quoted separately first
Pricing works in two stages. First, a short scoping call or email exchange to understand what you need — that costs nothing. Second, a written quote setting out the scope, the fee and the turnaround. Work begins once you accept it, and the fee only changes if you ask for something new.
